Glasgow Jazz Festival, The Shiverin’ Sheiks

The Shiverin’ Sheiks have been a stalwart of the Glasgow music scene for over a decade. A regular on BBC’s Hogmanay show and top festivals and events throughout the UK. The band opened for The Mavericks in this year’s Celtic Connections and will be hot footing it to Swing for our festival gig after opening for Glasgow pop icon Lulu at The Kelvingrove Bandstand. Dave Addison (lead vocals and guitar), Richard Anderson (vocals and double bass), Duncan Kennedy (vocals and guitar), Ross Wilson (drums) Award winning jazz vocalist Marianne McGregor kicks off the evening at 8pm, bringing her new quartet to the club for the first time. Booking Reserved Seating If you want to guarantee seating you can book and pay online, £10 per person, covering all of the nights entertainment from 8pm through to 1.30am with the club opening to 3am.
